Fulfillment Policy for Christian Editing and Design (CED):

1. Refund Policy: Refunds will be provided for any prepaid services not yet rendered beyond the termination date if the agreement is terminated by CED. Refunds will be calculated on a prorated basis for the uncompleted work.

2. Delivery Policy: All services, including edited manuscripts, illustrations, and book cover designs, will be delivered electronically to the email address provided by the client. Reasonable timelines for project completion will be provided, and CED will make efforts to deliver revised materials within a reasonable timeframe.

3. Return Policy: As our services are customized and digital in nature, returns are not applicable. Clients are encouraged to review and request revisions during the editing and design process to ensure satisfaction with the final product.

4. Cancellation Policy: Clients may cancel their agreement with CED by providing a written 30-day notice. In the event of cancellation, clients are responsible for any outstanding fees accrued up to the effective date of cancellation. If the agreement is terminated by CED, any prepaid fees for services not yet rendered beyond the termination date will be refunded on a prorated basis.
