Confidentiality: Christian Editing and Design, herein referred to as "CED," acknowledges that the manuscript submitted by you is confidential and proprietary. CED agrees to treat the manuscript and any related materials as confidential and shall not disclose, share, or distribute any part of it to any third party without your explicit written consent.

Limited Purpose: The sole purpose of submitting your manuscript to CED is to obtain a pricing quote for potential editing and design services. CED will use the manuscript exclusively for the purpose of evaluating the project and providing you with a cost estimate. CED will not use, reproduce, or exploit your work for any other purpose without your express permission.

No Transfer of Rights: Submission of the manuscript to CED for review does not transfer any rights or ownership of the work to CED. You retain all copyrights and ownership of your manuscript.

By submitting your manuscript to CED, you agree to the terms outlined in this agreement.
