Mia DeFazio

My entire life, I have loved to create! I first fell in love with film and visual media in high school and college. My adoration grew as I worked on different films and projects, mastered running social media pages, learned about visual media, and created my own short film my senior year of college. I attended Liberty University and received my Bachelor of Science in film production and content development. After graduating, I started with CED in the fall of 2025, and could not be happier!

My role here at CED, social media/film specialist, is to ensure that the client’s work is being properly supported and marketed through the use of social media and different film packages. My job is to run social media pages, create film packages, and highlight the amazing parts of the client’s work to market their true heart and story. I am very blessed to get to do what I love, continue to grow in my craft, and help clients market their wonderful work.

I am from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. I love to dance and grew up taking dance classes in all genres for thirteen years. I captained a dance team in college and loved every minute! I enjoy coffee runs, bookstores, photography, filmmaking, music, laughing with friends and family, and sharing in the love of Christ! I am so thankful God has given me the ability to create and extend His love and goodness to the world.

My favorite verse is 2 Timothy 1:7, “For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but a spirit of power and love and a sound mind” (PHILLIPS).
