I came on board with CED in 2023, bringing with me a decade’s worth of experience in the marketing field. To say I was excited would be an understatement! Additionally, I’m deepening my expertise by pursuing a degree in strategic communications at Liberty University. A perfect blend of theory and practice, wouldn’t you say?

At CED, my role involves amplifying our brand presence and engaging with our fantastic community, something I genuinely enjoy. The learning and innovation culture here at CED is unmatched and offers a unique platform to utilize my skills and continue growing both personally and professionally.

When I’m not immersed in marketing or hitting the books, I love being in the kitchen. Cooking up a storm is my way of unwinding and indulging my creative side. I also enjoy playing games of all sorts—it’s fun and keeps the mind sharp. And when it’s time for some heartwarming moments, there’s nothing I treasure more than spending time with my grandchildren. North Carolina is home for me, and it’s where all these cherished moments happen.

As for my guiding light through life’s complexities, it is the scripture Proverbs 3:5–6: “Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths” (KJV). This reminds me to lean on God’s understanding, not just mine.
