Celia Horst

Most people can’t stand being in an airport for a prolonged layover. I, however, thrive in that type of environment. I am an avid people-watcher and am fascinated at how people spend their time, money, energy, and words. I have spent the majority of my life traveling around the world and observing what makes people tick. As a marketing consultant and public relations specialist for CED, I take a networking approach to marketing.

I hold a BS in communication with a concentration in public relations from Geneva College. Being a full-blown extrovert, I thrive in having the opportunity to help CED’s clients expand their audience and reach the goals they’ve set for their work. Although I am a native Mainer, I live in Michigan with my precious girls and husband Tim. In my free time, I operate as a private gardener and landscape designer in the city of East Grand Rapids.

My confidence and reassurance is always found in Scripture, which is why 2 Timothy 1:7 is my favorite verse:  “For the Spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us power, love and self-discipline” (NIV).
